Welcome to Clemson Elementary School!
School Holiday
There will be no school for students or teachers on May 25 and May 28.  Hope you have a fun-filled Memorial Day weekend!

LEGO Robotics Camp

The second annual STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) LEGO Robotics Camp will be an exciting time geared toward teaching students some basic principals in robotics. These include types of gears, gear ratios, levers, pulleys, programming robots, and much more. There will be three classes based on grade level and experience. At each camp Team 2751 SPARK will have a special demonstration. Team 2751 SPARK (Students Preparing for Advanced Robotics Knowledge) just won first place in the design competition in the Regional FIRST Robotics Competition in Charleston.  There will be two sessions of camp offered - one at East End Elementary (July 16-19) and one at Clemson Elementary (July 30-August 2).  Registration is on a first come-first served basis.  If you are interested, please complete the registration form and send it to the district office as soon as possible.

Welcome Goats!
If you see extra "kids" wandering around, don't be alarmed.  Mrs. Amy Hardin surprised her class today with a visit from a mama goat and two kids.  Mrs. Hardin's class, as well as the rest of the school, enjoyed seeing some new four legged friends wandering around campus.  Mrs. Hardin plans to bring them back sporadically so that all students can enjoy seeing the goats.  To see pictures of this event, click here.
